From 5th Avenue to Christopher Street, huge cheerings for the march on Sunday in NY! Many families with children waving flags, of course mayor, senators, groups, churches, schools or Delta Airlines ... Google! A time for celebration, tolerance and also for fight for more rights with gay groups from countries where homosexuality remains a crime. And a lovely atmosphere involving youth and Stonewall veterans, gay, lesbians, trans, straights and fraternity between black, latino, white communities... it's really a great time honoring the entire city and it feels good to live it.
After the Gay Pride march, while t’s party time in the bars of Christopher Street, we attend amoving celebration in Saint John's Lutheran church.
